Cross Country Race

When   we   go   out    to   cross   country  training I  have  to   run  at least  4  laps.What  I find challenging is that it is really hard not to walk when I am really hot and tired. When  I am really tired and  I see my friends  past me I also hear my teacher telling  me not to stop. This makes me keep on being resilient and running. My goal  for cross country is  not  to stop running when I  am hot.
